SwapMeet.

SwapMeet is a rent-and-share marketplace for Cozumel, traveler-to-local and local-to-local. Bring less. Borrow more. Cash-only for the MVP so it works the day it launches, without payment-processing friction slowing the first transactions.

The initial catalog is skewed toward the stuff Cozumel travelers most often need for a few days at a time (dive kit, snorkels, beach gear, kitchen overflow, kids’ stuff) with differentiated turnaround SLAs (24 hours for stays, 6 hours for gear) and a $25 minimum-transaction floor to keep the marketplace worth its own operational overhead.
